Information, not advice
H1B Math is a free information tool, not a law firm. It applies public data and published rules mechanically. It does not give legal advice, does not review your case and does not create an attorney-client relationship. For decisions about a registration, a Labor Condition Application or a petition, talk to a licensed immigration attorney or a DOJ-accredited representative.
Estimates, not guarantees
Selection odds are estimates for a range of FY2028 scenarios. The lottery is random, and nobody knows in advance how many people will register. A wage level is a lookup in OFLC tables for the job, area and salary you enter. The level on a registration is a binding commitment that carries into the petition. AI job code suggestions are labeled as such and may be wrong.
